My six year old is still riding this scooter (he's just under the weight limit), and I wish they made one for older kids. We live in NYC, and he uses it to get back and forth to school every day, and pretty much everywhere else. He got a Huffy model when he was 3, and when that fell apart we bought this one (since the new Huffy model is nowhere near as good). My one major complaint is that the back wheel wears down pretty quickly, and we are on our third replacement brake. The parts are easy to order online.
